Keith Gossiaux

Keith Gossiaux is a real estate professional with CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in Phoenix Arizona. Since starting with CENTURY 21 in July of 2017, He earned a Million Dollar Producer certificate for the sales year 2018 and 2020 and a Multi-Million Dollar certificate for the sales year 2019. Keith has listed Fine Homes & Estates in excess of two-million dollars as well as working with more than 100 rental clients as property manager at his former real estate brokerage, Ahwatukee Real Estate & Property Management.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, Keith moved to the Valley of the Sun in November of 1979 and decided to make Arizona his home. Familiar with many areas of the valley, he has purchased four homes himself before entering into the real estate profession. Oddly enough, Keith had planned as a young man to pursue a career in residential architecture, but ended up studying fine art and design instead. An award-winning artist, Keith still produces artwork for himself and friends but his main focus is now helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, or purchasing and selling properties for investors, Keith is focused on being the best realtor possible.

To that end, Keith has finished his broker’s license requirements and will be taking the Arizona Broker’s Exam in 2021. Additionally, he is pursuing his Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI) designation as well as his Certified Risk Management Specialist (CRMS) designation, both also expected to be completed in 2021. In the evolving world of real estate, Keith feels that continuing education is essential to providing state-of-the-art service.
