My name is Karen Sylvester. I’m a REALTOR® serving the East Valley of Phoenix, including Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Coolidge, Casa Grande, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa.

I moved to the Arizona in 2015 with my husband and our four kids. We took a chance, moved here cross-country, not knowing anyone at all — and it turned out to be the best thing we ever did. We fell in love with Arizona, the beautiful desert landscape, the climate, the people, the culture, and the most spectacular sunsets.

I grew up in a military family. I understand moving, especially cross-country moves. Through my experiences moving and meeting new people, I developed a sense of adventure and appreciation for culture. My adventurous spirit carried into adulthood, as my husband and I made moves for career opportunities and to be closer to family. I have lived in 7 different states: WA, MT, IL, CA, KS, NH, ME, and AZ. I love how unique and vast our country is, but Arizona is my favorite!
